## Evaluation and professional responsibility

This website is for professionals evaluating software. Its information and showcase results are not legal, tax, investment or insurance advice. Review outputs and their supporting sources before relying on them. A showcase result does not establish complete coverage for a real engagement or authorization to perform a regulated act.

Use fictional examples in the product-question assistant and initial emails. In the showcase, provide only information you are authorized to share for software evaluation. Do not submit passwords, access secrets or payment-card information. Saved calculations and return pages are evaluation output: no return is filed and no client engagement or professional referral is created by generating them.

## Verification and permitted use

Provide accurate professional and contact information when requesting access or an evaluation. Do not impersonate another person, access information without authorization, bypass access or usage limits, interfere with the service, or use it for unlawful activity. Interactive access may be limited or suspended to protect the service.

The visitor verification used here is distinct from product access, professional credentials and authority to act for a client. Remembered verification depends on cookie expiry and browser settings.

Admitted evaluators may explore every professional experience with the same account and paid-service allowance. Choosing a view does not attest to a professional credential or purchase a capability. Internal calculations and saved-work review do not consume that allowance. Further paid work may require an authorized extension or a sponsored session; saved work remains available for inspection and export. Access and abuse-prevention controls still apply.

## Pricing, evaluation and product access

The website is an invitation to talk with us about the service. Confirm the capabilities, supported coverage, charges and applicable terms for your practice before activation. Product access and paid services are governed by the agreements made for those services.

Requesting an evaluation does not activate a trial or charge a card. The one-month trial requires billing setup before activation; recurring subscription and seat charges are waived for that trial period, while metered and third-party pass-through usage remains billable. Review the evaluation end date and subsequent service terms before activation.

Website content and showcase results may change. Generated responses may be incomplete or incorrect. References and external links help you examine sources; they do not establish that every source or linked service is suitable for your use.
