# Pricing that fits your whole practice

Rutledge pricing is structured around the people who do the work, not around separate products. The firm subscription brings in the practice platform. Each working professional takes one seat that opens every profession they need. Office staff, clients and invited professionals get their own kinds of access. Usage is metered against limits you set. The figures for your firm come from a conversation with a person on our team.

## Firm subscription

The practice platform that every seat in the firm shares.

- The review-centered workbench, with Today, Clients, Work and Communications in one place.
- The shared CRM of households, people, touchpoints and tasks.
- Communications and the compliance archive: Microsoft 365 mail and calendar, Teams calls and chats, Zoom, RingCentral and Twilio messaging, captured into one searchable archive.
- E-signature through BoldSign or your firm's own DocuSign account.
- Time, fee schedules, invoicing, custodian fee files and payment collection.
- Approval-gated workflows for sequences, campaigns and escalations.
- Marketing: websites, blogs, social posts, ads, newsletters, letters and handwritten cards that publish only with approval and consent.

## Professional seat

One seat for each working professional, across every profession.

- Wealth, Tax, Life & Annuities, Commercial Insurance, Legal and the tools for investment offices, with one sign-in.
- An advisor who also prepares returns, or an attorney who works with a household's plan, keeps one seat.
- You choose the capabilities each person uses.
- Referrals between professions stay inside the same record.

## Administration access

For office staff who manage billing, users and settings.

- Administration-only access to billing, users and settings.
- No professional tools, so office staff do not need a professional seat.

## Clients and invited professionals

Access for the people your firm works with.

- Clients use the portal, the iOS app and their personal Rutledge ID.
- Invited professionals from other firms see only what a client shares with them.

## Usage with explicit limits
AI work, messaging, filings and some outside services are metered. You set spending limits before paid work starts. When a limit is reached, new paid work pauses until an authorized person raises it. Each month you receive a metered statement that shows what was used and by whom.

## Third-party charges pass through
Some services carry their own charges, such as card processing, mailed letters, handwritten cards, ad spend and messaging carrier fees. These pass through at cost and show on your statement. Accounts you already hold, such as Microsoft 365, Zoom, RingCentral or DocuSign, stay under your own terms with those providers.

## A one-month platform trial
Recurring subscription and seat charges are waived for one calendar month after the trial starts. Metered and third-party usage is still billed from the first day. Billing setup and the agreed scope come first, and a person on our team sets up the trial with you after you talk with us. No advisor-directory registration is required.

## Confirm the terms before you start
Your agreement states the scope, the charges, the trial end date and the renewal and cancellation terms. Ask about exports and moving your records, including records that must be kept for retention or preservation rules.
